Designed to provide on-demand tyre pressure readings and low tyre pressure alerts, the Industrial Monitor will offer tyre data tracking with the ability to download tyre pressure information to a computer or PDA. The Industrial Monitor’s data logging and data transmission capabilities set it apart from other PressurePro systems, while still utilizing PressurePro’s current TPMS sensors.

The Industrial Monitor has all the features of the current PressurePro Truck Monitor, with the additional functionality of storing time-stamped pressure data (up to 45 days) for each tyre programmed into the monitor. This system allows data to be downloaded via RS-232 protocol to available tyre management programs.

With the growing costs and importance of tyres and fuel comes renewed significance for tyre pressure monitoring and tyre management. This is especially true in industries such as mining, logging, waste hauling and construction where use of heavy off- road equipment is prevalent in environments which are exceptionally damaging to tyres.

The PressurePro Industrial Monitor provides alerts when pressure drops by 12.5% and again at 25.0%. The Monitor stores tyre pressures on a periodic (hourly) basis and stores tyre pressures upon alarm occurrences. The Monitor allows for serial communications to provide uploading the data, providing valuable information for the user to evaluate tyre performance as well as linking to a tyre management system allowing more informed tyre purchase and operational decisions. The Sensors read up to 199 psi and are made of GE plastics for rigidity.
