Spam is defined as any unsolicited electronic communication to another party via the Internet. This includes E-mail, Newsgroups, IRC (Internet Relay Chat), FTP, and any other method of unsolicited communication. Even in the case of solicited mass communication we require any senders of such information to include information for unsubscribing and removal from the list. Don't get involve in Spam. If you are one of our distributors do not advertise this via Spam.
 
What we will do if you Spam as a Visitor or Distributor:
 
We will pursue those that use our name, website or resources to Spam in any way, shape, or form. Any Spam will be dealt with in the following ways:
 
Visitor: Your location, computers IP address and your activity is recorded when you visit our site. If you spam in any way including the use of our email a friend service we will prosecute you the full extended of the law.

2. You will have your account terminated with immediate affect
3. You will loose all benefits and accrued earnings
